Precautions of arc welding

Self-melting is more than 0.8mm carbon steel and stainless steel,more than 1.2 mm aluminum and nonferrous metals (the workpiece needs to be seamless, and filling wires are more than 1.0mm carbon steel and stainless steeland more than 1.5mm aluminum and nonferrous metals
Arc welding negative electrode, gun welding positive electrode welding workpiece is opposite to normal gas shielded welding.
Carbon steel and stainless steel are welded by DC weldingwhile aluminum needs AC welding
Welding sheet can use pulse to reduce heat input.
